OFFICIAL RULES – AutoPay Promotion & Sweepstakes

1. Sponsor

The AutoPay Promotion & Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Recycle Track Systems NYC LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to eligible current customers of Sponsor who meet all of the following conditions:

• Must be a legal resident of the United States.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).
• Must have an active customer account in good standing with Sponsor.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on or about July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on July 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Participate

AutoPay Enrollment Incentive

Eligible customers who enroll in Sponsor’s AutoPay program during the Promotion Period will:

• Receive a one-time $25 bill credit applied to their customer account.
• Earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing.

Limit: One (1) $25 credit and one (1) Sweepstakes entry per customer account.

No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Customers may enter the Sweepstakes without enrolling in AutoPay by submitting a mail-in entry that includes:

• Full name
• Address
• Phone number
• Email address

Mail entries must be sent in a properly stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2026 and received by August 7, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per person.

Enrollment in AutoPay or any purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

5. Prize Description

One (1) winner will receive:

• Two (2) tickets to the New York Yankees vs. New York Mets game scheduled for September 11, 2026
• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $600

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received.

• Drawing will occur on or about August 17, 2026.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry.

• If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within a reasonable period, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
• The winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release where permitted by law.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
• Release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity.
• Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

9. Privacy

Information submitted by entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy and will be used for purposes of administering this Promotion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
• Technical or system errors
• Unauthorized human intervention
• Any injury or damage related to participation or prize use

11. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that:

• Any disputes arising out of this Promotion will be resolved individually, without resort to class action.
• The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York.

12. Winners List

For the name of the winner, send a request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address listed above within 60 days after the drawing date.

13. Summary Disclosures (Required)

• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
• Void where prohibited.
• Promotion ends July 31, 2026.
• Limit one entry per customer/account.
• Approximate Retail Value of prize: $600.
