Dear Valued Customers and Partners,
On December 25, 2025, our US office will be closed in observance of the holiday.
United States (outside of NYC): If you need to schedule additional services or set up additional pickups, please send those requests over to https://support.rts.com/ no later than December 19th. For any emergencies, please email us and in the subject line mark it as URGENT, a CST member will get back to you.
NYC: All NYC haulers will not run on Wednesday night (December 24) but will run on Thursday night (December 25). All services will resume on Friday night (December 26).
