NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY. VOID OUTSIDE THE ELIGIBILITY AREA AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA.

BY ENTERING, YOU (“ENTRANT”) AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A BINDING CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. 

1. ELIGIBILITY.

The Coca-Cola / Baltimore Ravens Cycle 2026 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to residents of the United States (“Eligibility Area”) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry (“Entrant”). Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law.

Employees and non-employee workers of CCBCC Operations, LLC (“Sponsor”), The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola bottlers, Recycle Track Systems, Inc. (“RTS” or “Administrator”), Baltimore Ravens Limited Partnership (“Ravens”), the other NFL Entities listed at https://www.nfl.com/news/nfl-entities-list, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, promotional partners, agencies, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and any other companies engaged in the development, administration, production, fulfillment, or distribution of materials for this Sweepstakes (each a “Released Party” and collectively the “Released Parties”), as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether related or not) of each such person, are not eligible to enter or win a prize.

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

     2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD; ENTRY WINDOWS.

The Sweepstakes consists of eight (8) separate entry periods (each an “Entry Window”), each corresponding to a Baltimore Ravens regular-season home game at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Maryland, beginning with the home game on September 20, 2026 and concluding with the final Ravens regular-season home game, currently expected to be played on or about January 10, 2027 (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entry is available only during the Entry Windows described below; there is no entry available between Entry Windows.  Entries submitted after the entry windows have been declared closed by Sponsor will not be eligible for drawing prizes. Each Entry Window will open on or about the time when the gates of M&T Bank Stadium open to the general public on the applicable Game Date (e.g., approximately two hours before scheduled kickoff) and will close approximately one hour after the final whistle on the same Game Date (each such date, a “Game Date”). The Entry Windows and Game Dates are as follows:

Sponsor reserves the right to adjust Entry Window dates and times to conform to any changes in the Ravens’ regular-season home schedule as announced by the NFL, including the rescheduling, postponement, or cancellation of games. If a scheduled home game is cancelled, postponed, or relocated, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, cancel the corresponding Entry Window or designate a substitute date. The Administrator’s computer or device shall serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. HOW TO ENTER.

There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. During each Entry Window, Entrants may obtain one or more Entries (defined below), up to the maximum stated below, using any of the following methods, each of which provides an equal chance of winning:

• Reverse Vending Machine Entry. Visit a designated CYCLE reverse vending machine at M&T Bank Stadium and deposit a plastic or aluminum beverage container (or other accepted recyclable item) into the machine. Once the item is accepted, a QR code will be displayed on the machine screen. Scan the QR code with a web-enabled mobile device and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form to receive one (1) entry into the applicable Entry Window’s random drawing (an “Entry”).

(b) QR Code / Signage Entry. Scan a QR code displayed on Sweepstakes signage located near recycling containers at M&T Bank Stadium with a web-enabled mobile device. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the same online entry form described in subsection (a) to receive one (1) Entry.

(c) Direct Online Entry (Free Alternative Method of Entry). Visit the Sweepstakes entry website at https://www.rts.com/cycle-baltimore-ravens-recycles/ (the “Website”) and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form to receive one (1) Entry. This method of entry is available at no cost, does not require the deposit of any recyclable item, and does not require the Entrant to be physically present at M&T Bank Stadium.

All methods of entry require Entrants to provide a valid email address. When entering via the online entry form, Entrants will be asked to pledge to recycle a recyclable item in their household. When using a web-enabled mobile device, standard messaging and data rates imposed by your wireless carrier may apply, and you agree to bear any such charges. Not all mobile devices support wireless Internet access, and wireless Internet access may not be available in all areas.

Entry Limits. Limit ten (10) Entries per person, per Entry Window, regardless of entry method or combination of entry methods used. Entries in excess of this limit will be void and disregarded. Each Entry Window’s Entries constitute a separate pool; Entries submitted during one Entry Window will not carry over to any other Entry Window.

General Entry Provisions. Entries become the property of Sponsor upon submission and will not be acknowledged or returned. An Entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided on the entry form. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All Entries submitted using a single email address will be attributed to the same Entrant. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated maximum number of Entries by using multiple or different email addresses, identities, registrations, or logins, or by any other method, will void all of that Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. No automated, robotic, programmed, script-based, macro, or other mechanical or electronic method of entry is permitted. No mass-produced entries will be accepted. Only fully completed Entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed proof of receipt or acceptance by Sponsor or Administrator.

By submitting an Entry, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

4. RANDOM DRAWINGS; ODDS OF WINNING.

Eight (8) separate random drawings will be conducted, one for each Entry Window (each a “Drawing”). Each Drawing will be conducted by the Administrator on or about the business day following the close of the applicable Entry Window from among all eligible Entries received during that Entry Window. For each Drawing, two (2) potential winners will be selected at random. The odds of winning a prize in any Drawing will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the applicable Entry Window.

5. PRIZES.

For each Entry Window, two (2) winners will each receive one (1) $100 Baltimore Ravens merchandise e-gift card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $100.00. Total ARV of all prizes for the entire Sweepstakes Period: $1,600.00 (based on eight (8) scheduled Entry Windows, with two (2) prizes per Entry Window).

All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash. No substitution of prizes by winners is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason. In no event will more than the advertised number of prizes be awarded. If, by reason of a printing, production, technical or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all persons making valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the stated number of available prizes. The Released Parties are not responsible for, and winners will not receive, the difference, if any, between the actual value of a prize at the time of award and the stated ARV. All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. 

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION.

Potential winners for each Drawing will be notified by email at the email address provided on the entry form. If a potential winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner declines a prize, or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, that prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible Entries for that Entry Window. Upon forfeiture of any prize, no compensation will be given. Limit one (1) prize per person per Entry Window. An Entrant may be selected as a winner in more than one Entry Window during the Sweepstakes Period, but may not win more than one (1) prize per Entry Window.

All potential winners are subject to eligibility verification by Sponsor or Administrator. Potential winners may be required to sign and return, where lawful, an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and (where not prohibited) Publicity Release within five (5) days of notification. A potential winner will not be deemed an official winner until all required documentation has been timely received and eligibility has been verified by Sponsor. Failure to comply with these Official Rules or to submit the required documentation within the designated time period will result in disqualification and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Noncompliance with these Official Rules, any misrepresentation in the Entrant’s entry information, or the return of any prize-related notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification.

7. COMMUNICATIONS AND OPT-IN.

By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that Sponsor and its authorized agents may contact Entrant via email regarding information pertinent to the Sweepstakes, including winner notifications. Entry into the Sweepstakes does not require Entrant to opt in to marketing or promotional emails. The entry form may include a separate, voluntary opt-in mechanism through which Entrants may elect to receive information regarding featured products, special events, promotional offers, or coupons from Sponsor. Entrants who opt in may opt out of any further such email communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any such email.

8. GRANT OF RIGHTS; RELEASES AND INDEMNIFICATION.

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, and any statements made by winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor for advertising, trade, publicity, and promotional purposes in any medium now known or hereafter developed, without additional notice, review, approval, or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize, each Entrant and winner agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, liability, and causes of action of any kind (including, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage) arising out of or in connection with: (i) participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity; (ii) the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; (iii) any breach of these Official Rules; or (iv) any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other intellectual property right. Entrants further agree not to bring any claim or action against any Released Party in connection with the foregoing.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend, or extend the Sweepstakes, or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, including if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes or any Entry Window is terminated before the scheduled end date, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select winners from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of termination.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, reverse vending machine equipment, network hardware or software, or Internet connectivity; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries, prize notices or other communications; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or by receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds or believes to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, REVERSE VENDING MACHINE OR ENTRY PROCESS OR TO OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF ENTRANT’S ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE(S) AND/OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING PRIZES, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. Headings are provided solely for convenience and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of these Official Rules.

10. FORCE MAJEURE.

In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes, or the integrity or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is adversely affected, by any event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), cyberattack, vandalism, tampering or interference with the Sweepstakes by any party, any applicable government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or the cancellation, postponement, or relocation of any Baltimore Ravens home game (each a “Force Majeure Event”), Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes or any affected Entry Window or prize, as applicable, without liability.

11. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW.

THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF THEIR TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY, AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA, WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. For any dispute arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes, Entrant irrevocably submits and consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and agrees not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens. Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred. Entrant further agrees that in any such dispute, under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives, all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, and any other damages other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

12. USE OF DATA; PRIVACY.

Sponsor will collect personal data about Entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes. Information collected from Entrants will be used for the administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.cokeconsolidated.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/Consolidated-Privacy-Policy-FINAL-6-23-23.pdf. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant acknowledges that Entrant has been provided access to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and agrees that Entrant’s personal information will be collected, used, and otherwise handled as described therein and in these Official Rules.

The online entry form described in Section 3 above may be hosted, operated, or supported by Administrator solely as a service provider acting on Sponsor’s behalf for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes. Administrator will process Entrant information on Sponsor’s behalf pursuant to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.

13. WINNER LIST.

For a list of winners (available after the final Drawing has been completed), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Coca-Cola / Baltimore Ravens Cycle 2026 Sweepstakes — Winner List, c/o CCBCC Operations, LLC, 4100 Coca-Cola Plaza, Charlotte, NC 28211. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.
