YOU, THE CUSTOMER, HAVE BEEN DIRECTED HERE BY THE URL LINK SPECIFIED IN THE SALES ORDER FROM RELATIONAL TECHNOLOGY SERVICES, INC. ("RTS") FOR THE SALE OF PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES LISTED ON SUCH SALES ORDER. THE TERMS OF THE SALES ORDER, THE RTS Sales Order Terms and Conditions (link provided below), and the PRODUCT SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS, (regardless if provided by a link below or not,) constitute the entire agreement ("Agreement") between the parties and supersedes any and all prior expressions, whether written or oral. This Agreement may be modified only by a written document executed by an authorized representative of each party. If CUSTOMER and RTS have entered into a separate agreement governing the provision of products and/or services, INCLUDING ANY SUPPLEMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, then, EXCEPT FOR THE PRODUCT SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the terms of such separate agreement will control WITH RESPECT TO THE SALES ORDER. PRODUCT SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS not provided by a link below will be provided by RTS upon written request from CUSTOMER.

Services that are being provided by Dell or one of its affiliates are being provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of Dell's Customer Master Services Agreement and any and all applicable Service Descriptions set forth at www.dell.com/servicecontracts. By signing RTS' Sales Order for Dell services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Dell terms  and conditions and that Dell is a third party beneficiary to such agreement.
