Welcome to RTS’ Business Partner Terms and Conditions resource page. This area of our website provides access to all documentation related to the RTS’ general terms and conditions for the purchase of products and services from its suppliers and subcontractors.

YOU, THE RTS BUSINESS PARTNER (EITHER A SUPPLIER OF PRODUCTS OR A SUBCONTRACTOR AND PROVIDER OF SERVICES), HAVE BEEN DIRECTED HERE BY THE URL LINK SPECIFIED IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING:  PURCHASE ORDER, STATEMENT OF WORK, SCOPE WORK, OR WORK ORDER, ET. AL.  (COLLECTIVELY, THE “ORDER DOCUMENT”).  RELATIONAL TECHNOLOGY SERVICES, INC. ("RTS") ISSUED THE ORDER DOCUMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES LISTED ON SUCH ORDER DOCUMENT for delivery to the RTS Customer specified on the ORDER DOCUMENT. THE ORDER DOCUMENT, THE APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (per the links provided below), AND THE RTS HIPAA BUSINESS ASSOCIATE AGREEMENT (applicable only if the RTS CUSTOMER IS A “COVERED ENTITY” AS DEFINED BY The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA;  Public Law 104-191, 110 Stat. 1936, enacted August 21, 1996) constitute the entire agreement ("Agreement") between the parties and supersedes any and all prior expressions, whether written or oral.  This Agreement may be modified only by a written document executed by an authorized representative of each party. If YOU and RTS have entered into a separate agreement governing the provision of Products and/or Services, INCLUDING ANY SUPPLEMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, then, EXCEPT FOR THE RTS HIPAA BUSINESS ASSOCIATE AGREEMENT, the terms of such separate agreement will control WITH RESPECT TO THE ORDER DOCUMENT.
