John Babcock – President
John Babcock joined RTS in 2000 when RTS purchased Alliance Corporate Resources, Inc. of which he was a co-owner. Babcock sets the overall business strategy and manages a team of senior executives charged with the day-to-day operations of the business.
Babcock has over eighteen years of technology business experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University. He is frequently interviewed by industry groups for his expertise on the telephony marketplace and he is a member of the strategic advisory board at Avaya and IBM.

Wayne Ianuario – VP Converge Sales Southeast
Wayne Ianuario joined RTS in early 2002. He has over twenty years of Telecommunications and Information Technology experience. He has experience in building and managing new business structures for major companies such as Michelin and IKON. He is now building and expanding new markets for RTS. He has extensive industry experience in various technology areas, including telecommunications, manufacturing planning systems, fabrication systems, nuclear reactor control systems, safeguards and security systems.
Wayne is a graduate of University of South Carolina with Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Engineering and Marketing and has an MBA specializing in finance and accounting from the University of South Carolina.

Tim Linson – VP Services
Tim Linson joined RTS in 2005, and took over as VP of Services in September of 2008. Tim has over twenty years of Long Distance Carrier, Phone System, IT Networking, Voice Convergence and Service-based product experience. Tim worked in Sales for AT&T/Lucent/Avaya for 11 years and then made the transition over to the Avaya Business Partner channel, where he has held Sales and Management positions the last 10+ years.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University with a double major in Marketing and Business Management. He is a respected leader amongst his colleagues in the Avaya product and related application space and is a member of the Avaya Services Council.

Mark Nield – VP Converge Sales Midwest
Mark Nield joined RTS Sales Team in 2005. He accepted a leadership role as a Regional Sales Manager in 2008 and in 2010 accepted the VP of Sales. Mark is a seasoned veteran with over 25 years of IT, IT management, sales and sales leadership. Mark has held various IT and sales leadership positions with Exxon Corporation, McHale USConnect, Cisco Systems, and now a Sr. Executive position with RTS. His many years of experience with Corporate America, Manufacturers, Business Partner/Channel community and technical background compliment the solutions that RTS delivers.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Penn State University and is responsible for the National Sales Team and Sales Management for RTS.

Jeff Siedlecki – VP of Finance and Operations
Jeff Siedlecki joined RTS in 1997 after several years in accounting at Household International. Shortly after joining RTS, Siedlecki earned his CPA. Siedlecki oversees the day to day operations and accounting functions for RTS.
Siedlecki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bradley University and is a Certified Public Accountant with over 18 years of experience in the Accounting/Finance field, the majority of which has been in the Technology Industry.
Mark Bramel – VP of Sales & Enterprise Product Management
Mark Bramel joined RTS in 2010 charged with the mission of driving the RTS enterprise business and developing the RTS presence in new markets. Mark brings extensive sales and management expertise in the Direct and Channel sales models. Mark has held various sales and sales management positions with industry leaders such as Quantum, NPI, Cranel, and Sun. His experience with a broad range of companies from start-up entities to multi-billion dollar corporations provide Bramel with the insight needed to drive business and develop new markets for RTS. Bramel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University.
