Jeff
Ehlers – Chief Executive Officer
In 2005, Jeff Ehlers was named Chief Executive Officer of RTS. Ehlers has spent
more than 18 years running various businesses.
For the three years prior to being named CEO, he had been directly involved in
guiding RTS as a member of its Board of Managers. Prior to his experience in
the information technology sector, Ehlers served in several senior executive
roles at a number of companies including positions as President and Chief
Financial Officer. His extensive background in finance included serving as
Chief Financial Officer of Galaxy Aerospace Company, as well as Controller,
Audit Manager and Vice President of Project Management at other firms. He is a
Certified Public Accountant who started his career in the financial arena at
the international accounting and consulting firm of Ernst & Whinney.
Ehlers earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Magna Cum Laude, from
Northern Arizona University, where he also pursued minor concentrations in
mathematics and information systems. He is a member of the Beta Alpha Psi and
Phi Kappa Phi honor societies.

Mark Stachulski - Chief Operating Officer
In 2007, Mark Stachulski was promoted to COO, overseeing and directing RTS'
business operations for all of the company's North American business units.
These include the Leasing and Technology Services Divisions, as well as RTS
subsidiary CDI Computer Dealers, Inc., a leading re-marketer of IT equipment.
Prior to then, Stachulski had spent the last year two years as senior vice
president of Operations and Finance, working to enhance and manage the overall
support functions of RTS. From 2002 to 2005, Stachulski led the Accounting and
Finance organizations at RTS.
Stachulski spent the majority of his career at Comdisco, Inc. His Comdisco
experience spanned 18 years where he began as Manager of Lease Accounting &
Finance and ultimately served as Chief Financial Officer of its Technology
Services Division. Stachulski was also being groomed to be the successor of the
Chief Financial Officer of Comdisco, Inc. Stachulski's roles included serving
on four Board of Directors for companies where Comdisco had an equity interest,
leading the merger and acquisition activity growing the Technology Services
Division, and representing the company and its message with the financial
community.
Mark Stachulski earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northern
Illinois University. Stachulski started his career at KPMG in the audit
practice. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has taught lease accounting
and finance at various professional seminars.

John Babcock – SVP & General
Manager - Technology Services
John Babcock joined RTS in 2000 when it purchased Alliance Corporate Resources,
Inc. of which he was a co-owner. Babcock, Senior Vice President & General
Manager of the Technology Services Division, sets the overall strategy and
manages the day-to-day operations including a staff versed in telephony and
data convergence, storage solutions, professional and technical services and
sales. Babcock has been instrumental in growing the technology services
business over the past seven years.
Babcock brought to RTS 13 years of technology business experience. While
previously at Alliance Corporate Resources, Inc. Babcock was a principal
serving as Secretary/Treasurer and Division Executive of Business Operations
Services.
John Babcock holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information
Systems from Bowling Green State University. He is frequently interviewed by
industry groups for his expertise on the telephony marketplace.

Mike Ross - SVP Portfolio Management
Mike Ross has spent 25 years of his career working in the information technology
industry. Since joining RTS in 2002 as Senior Vice President of Portfolio
Management, he has defined the strategy for building the three core areas for
managing assets; Portfolio Management, Equipment Trading and Deal Syndication
for a $1 billion dollar portfolio.
Prior to joining RTS, Ross served as Executive Vice President and General
Manager of Comdisco's IT leasing business. The 12 years Ross served in
executive roles within Comdisco involved building and managing a $3 billion
portfolio of IT assets with new lease origination of $1 billion per year. Ross
served in several executive roles at Sears Business Systems, Sears World Trade,
NEC Electronics and Atari.
Mike Ross is an alumni of Ball State University and the Elmhurst College
Management Program for Business Administration. He is frequently asked to be a
guest speaker at industry events such as PC Expo and is regularly quoted in
industry articles including Wall Street & Technology, Darwin, Tech Republic
and TechWeb.

Jay Simner - VP of Syndications
Jay Simner joined RTS in 1994 as a principal and currently serves as Vice
President of Syndications. In this capacity, Jay is responsible for directing
RTS' purchase of lease transactions from the third-party marketplace. Jay has
made a variety of significant contributions throughout his tenure at RTS,
establishing strategic business relationships and sourcing corporate
acquisitions to enhance RTS' product offerings.
From 1992 through 1994, Jay was Founder & President of Cencor Capital Inc., a
tax-oriented lessor serving the middle market. Under his direction, Jay
developed the business strategy & operational infrastructure to support a
growing operating lease portfolio of both IT and hard assets. Cencor merged
with RTS in June of 1994.
From 1985 through 1992, Jay was Vice President Syndications at Computer Leasing
Inc., a large, independent lessor focused upon building and managing its IT
operating lease portfolio. Jay held prior positions with GE Capital.
Jay Simner is an alumnus of Syracuse University where he earned a Bachelor of
Science in Accounting & Finance.

Saar Pikar - SVP & General Manager of CDI
Canada
After spending five years as CDI's Sales Manager and than CDI's Director of
Sales, Saar Pikar was named CDI's General Manager in February 2006. Pikar has
spent eight years working in the computer industry before joining CDI and has
been in senior sales management roles throughout his career.
For the four years prior to joining CDI, Pikar was the sales manager for
TechnoTrade Canada Incorporated, a wholesaler of computer equipment and
Whitebox systems. Prior to that he was the owner and Director of Sales for IBC
Computers, a chain of 14 retail stores in Ontario, Canada.
Pikar earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Dean's list, from Wilfred
Laurier University and his Masters of Business Administrations, Ivey Scholar,
from the Ivey School of Business at Western University.

Dean A. Frankel - VP and General Counsel and
Secretary
Dean Frankel was promoted to Vice President in 2008, in recognition for his
outstanding performance and leadership in the legal department. He joined
Relational Technology Solutions (RTS) in May of 2005 as Associate General
Counsel.
In September of 2006, Frankel was appointed General Counsel and Secretary, and
assumed the overall leadership of the legal department, directing RTS' legal
operations for the company's North American business units. These include the
Leasing and Technology Services Divisions, as well as RTS' subsidiary CDI
Computer Dealers, Inc., a leading re-marketer of IT equipment.
Prior to joining RTS, Frankel spent 18 years at Comdisco, Inc. where he held
various positions in the legal department including Associate General Counsel.
Frankel managed the contract specialist group responsible for transactional
matters for Comdisco, holding positions as member of the Credit Committee,
Audit Committee and was the Board appointed Corporate Compliance Officer. He
also served as Comdisco's Acting European General Counsel while stationed in
the United Kingdom. While at Comdisco Frankel was an instructor at Northeastern
Illinois University where he taught various legal and business courses.
Prior to Comdisco, Frankel was Assistant Regional Counsel for the U.S. Treasury
Department and Corporate Counsel for Dumarco Corporation, an international
sales and manufacturing company. Frankel began his law practice with Craig &
Craig, a boutique law firm focusing on litigation practice.
Dean Frankel earned his law degree from DePaul University's College of Law and
his Bachelors degree from Northeastern Illinois University, graduating with
high honors.
